We interview stakeholders across the school, including leaders, teachers, and where appropriate, students, to map challenges, priorities, goals, culture, attitudes, and existing policy. No two schools are the same; this step ensures we design for yours.

Collaboratively Design
We co-design a bespoke engagement journey with your team, for both teachers and students. The journey moves through three phases: Foundation, Fluency, and Future, each building capability before the next begins.
Foundation
Building shared understanding of the tool, the ethics behind it, and how staff and students will use it together.
Fluency
Moving from understanding to confident, everyday use in real classroom conditions.

We test with safeguards in place. Drawing on both qualitative and quantitative data, we refine the approach and measure real impact before any broader rollout. This is the phase pilot schools enter.

Pilot programme

We're partnering with a small number of K–12 independent schools for our initial pilot. Pilot schools work directly with the EQV team through Steps 1–3 of our framework at a discounted rate, with pricing agreed before any work begins.
