Ralph has spent the majority of his adult life in leadership roles, starting his career with organisations that invested heavily in leadership development, initially in the Armed Forces and then with a leading corporate advisory and consulting company. His career has exposed him to differing geographies, environments and cultures, including elite military organisations, energy and resources companies, healthcare organisations and financial and professional service firms. These environments have presented leadership challenges that are at once both unique and strangely familiar.

Ralph works as a Coach, Mentor and Educator across multiple leadership dimensions from Supervisors through to Chief Executives. Understanding and developing effective leadership and performance in high risk, complex environments are the central focus of his continuing learning and research.

Over the last two decades, Ralph has developed a track record of effecting business transformation and major transactions in a broad range of organisations, both as a Managing Partner with a global consulting company and as the Managing Director of several listed companies. As a consultant, his work has been focused on Human Capital Development and Value Optimisation. As a CEO, he has worked through Bank initiated capital restructuring, hostile takeover bids, mergers, acquisitions and changes of control, while successfully delivering significant improvements to Shareholder Value. In both capacities, he has also gained extensive experience in Enterprise level ICT transformation and change management.
